We worked with the Ablethorpe team to to define a more modern twist on their existing site using their existing and established branding in the marketplace.
With a high level of mobile traffic we needed to ensure an easy and fast way job-seeking legal applicants could sift through jobs to find their desired roles. After some research, we identified that while job-seekers were likely to research job opportunities on mobile, they would apply via desktop, usually at a later time. This meant we needed to enable job seekers to search on mobile with the ability to email jobs to themselves to apply later.
In addition, the legal field generally is not known to be the most exciting or engaging industry – but the people in it are. We added animation throughout the site to bring out some of the personality of the founder, Stuart Ablethorpe, which encourages an open door policy and makes Ablethorpe Recruitment exciting and approachable.
