The challenge

The Luna Park crew looking to freshen up their outdated website. They needed a unique, modern look that was user-friendly and made life easier for both customers and the internal team. That’s where Arcadian came in! Our mission was to create a website that was not only stunning, but also super simple to manage. So, we added a content editor that was a breeze to use, a smooth event booking system, and a ticketing platform that made purchasing tickets a snap. With these upgrades, the Luna Park team can now sit back and relax, knowing their website is top-notch and easy to handle.

The approach

Initially, we analysed the Behavior Flow in Google Analytics to gain a deeper understanding of the customer journey and optimize the site map accordingly.

Next, we delved into the inner workings of Luna Park to better understand the events and frequently asked questions, putting the user first in our efforts. We also developed a content editor for the Luna Park website, enabling the team to manage content updates independently.

Our analysis revealed that the majority of website users access the site from their mobile phones, so we chose to prioritise a mobile-first approach.

The outcome

With collaboration between both parties, we were able to create a user-friendly, custom-designed WordPress website. In addition to this, we used Gutenberg blocks to allow the Luna Park team a seamless content editing experience.

The team were extremely happy with the end result, and we’ve continued our relationship with them ever since.
