Most logistics operators already run a TMS, a WMS and GPS tracking. Each works, but they do not communicate with each other, and growth into warehousing or end-to-end supply chain adds demands they were never designed to coordinate. Plans go stale once traffic, weather and cancellations change during the day. And matching warehouse capacity to customer demand at pallet level needs suppliers who can list space, set rates and quote quickly.
What has changed is that AI can sit between the systems an operator already runs instead of replacing them, and can take on the routine work around them. At Minus 1, the Hub’s API-first design integrates with the existing software, so new capability arrives without a system overhaul or disruption to daily operations. On uTenant’s warehousing platform, language models read supplier messages and customer searches, so people can type what they need in plain English.

An AI layer redacts contact details from messaging to preserve anonymity, a 24/7 chatbot assists users, and natural language search allows customers to query requests like, “500 pallets in Sydney for 3 months”.
Our platforms incorporate fail-safes that keep humans in control. If a uTenant message contains contact details, the system blocks it, alerts an admin, and switches back to standard keyword search if natural language parsing fails. Similarly, for transport network operator Kinetic, we delivered a UX and SEO revamp, a lightweight VueJS application, and custom AWS infrastructure to improve performance safely.
